How do I book my first appointment?
You can book your first cleaning directly on our website through our “Book Now” tab. You can also call or text us for help at (984) 334-2899!
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes, all cleaning supplies will be provided by our team including equipment. If you have a specific request for a product to be used in your home, please provide that if our team does not already carry it.
Can I trust my cleaning professionals?
Absolutely! All of our cleaners are interviewed and checked. We do not hire anyone unless they have a trustworthy and clean record along with prior employment recommendations.
What services do we NOT perform?
For the safety and health of our team, along with potential liability concerns, we do not clean/perform the following: blinds that are prone to breaking (ex. white flimsy blinds), hoarder homes, biohazards (feces, urine, vomit, blood, drug paraphernalia, etc), infestations (bugs, pests, etc), climb/use second story ladders, etc.
What is the 100% satisfaction guaranteed policy?
If for any reason you are unhappy with your cleaning, please let us know within 24 hours of your clean! We will resend a team to clean any missed areas at no additional charge to you. Customer satisfaction is out top priority.
What is the reschedule policy?
We understand life happens and that is okay! If something comes up, we ask that you respond to our reminders and let us know with at least a 24 hour notice. Anything cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged a $50 cancellation fee, which goes right to our cleaners for the loss of work that day.
Is my billing information safe and secure?
Yes, no credit cards are stored within our system (only a token that allows us to charge the card). Credit card transactions are processed by Stripe and is further protected by their processing system. We take your safety and privacy very seriously!
