Standard cleaning
Everyday care for a maintained home: dusting, kitchen and bathroom surfaces, mirrors and floors.
Deep cleaning
Standard tasks plus extra attention to buildup, including baseboards, doors, frames and the detailed work listed below.
Move-in/out cleaning
Deep-clean tasks plus empty cabinets, drawers and closets. Inside the oven and refrigerator are included.

Oven & refrigerator interiors: included in move-in/out cleaning; paid add-ons for standard and deep cleaning. Microwave interiors are included in all three.
Empty storage: cabinet and drawer interiors, pantry shelves and closet shelves must be empty for every service. These are included in move-in/out cleaning and optional add-ons for standard and deep cleaning.
Home condition: standard cleaning is for homes in maintained condition. Heavy buildup or additional cleaning needs may require a deep cleaning.
Move-in/out: the home should be cleared of belongings. Light tidying and emptying household wastebaskets are included; bulk rubbish and belongings left behind are not included in trash removal.
Before your visit
A little preparation helps.
- Clear floors, counters and other surfaces so your cleaner can reach them.
- For move-in/out service, remove belongings and empty cabinets, drawers, closets and the refrigerator.
- Book bed-making or linen changes as an optional add-on if needed. This does not apply to an empty move-in home.
- Tell us about special surfaces, access instructions and any extra services before your visit.
Know the limits
What this checklist doesn’t cover.
Window cleaning covers interior glass and tracks in deep and move-in/out services. Window screens are excluded. Range-hood cleaning covers exposed surfaces and excludes the filter.
Biohazards, infestations, mold removal, hoarding cleanup, large-scale trash removal and upholstery cleaning are outside our service scope.
A few helpful answers
Before you book
What’s the difference between standard and deep cleaning?
Standard cleaning maintains the main surfaces throughout your home. Deep cleaning adds detailed work such as washing baseboards, cleaning doors and frames, interior window glass and tracks, wet-wiping blinds, and scrubbing shower grout and hard-water buildup. Use “Only show package differences” above to compare the exact tasks.
Are the inside of the oven and refrigerator included?
Yes, both are included in move-in/out cleaning. For standard and deep cleaning, they are paid add-ons. The inside and outside of the microwave are included in every package.
How much will my cleaning cost?
Your quote depends on your home’s size, bedrooms, bathrooms, condition, service type and frequency. Add any optional services when booking so your quote reflects the work you want.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
We bring cleaning supplies and equipment. Let us know before the visit if you have a particular product or surface-care request.
What if I need something that isn’t listed?
Call us before booking so we can confirm whether it’s within our scope and whether it requires an add-on. Arrange changes through our office before the visit so your cleaner has the right instructions and time.
